The world of CR is getting its first sounds and music...


These days I've been busy  implementing sound effects  and setting up a soundtrack for CR.  I'm taking lots of inspirations from Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee while staying true to my own style. The game will be featuring gritty yet atmospheric music, while leaving space for minimalistic environmental sounds in order to create a vivid, cinematic experience. I'm designing both the game's SFX (sound effects) and music around the usage of a headset for an optimal immersive effect (think pan placement etc). Currently I'm working on the first two soundtracks of which you can find a snippet below, so if you're keen to listen, give it a try! 

In two weeks I'll give you an inside view of how I approach the sound design regarding the creepy enemies of CR!
